Your pet will be assigned a single sitter (and an emergency backup) from our team of qualified dog walkers and pet sitters. All sitters are required to meet dogs in advance to walking them. All sitters are required to meet tough standards in order to work for Petato, and maintain a high level of performance. Monthly evaluation sheets are used to get feedback from pet parents on their walkers and the Petato service. Read more about the standards Petato dog walkers must meet.
